All Sales are negotiated and willingly accepted. We take great care in providing Premium Dry Firewood Imported from Namibia. If you are not satisfied with your purchase/product, please inform us at houtwolfie@gmail.com and we will respond accordingly:

Our Policy consist of:

We will negotiate a buyback of our bags of Wood that has not been used.

We will negotiate a swop if the customer requests within 2-3 days.

Customers must provide a valid reason for their return/swop request.

All Refunds will be EFT payments into the verified customer's account.
